Founder

Mr. Mahendra Bhavsar (Advocate) : Founder and a versatile lawyer with extensive experience of more than 25 years.   Mr. Bhavsar handles Regulatory, Advisory, Compliance and Documentation services pertaining to Real Estate laws like due-dilligence, development, acquisition, leasing, financing, zoning and land use etc. besides services relating to Corporate, Commercial and Investment laws.

Our Key Team members

Mr. Chanakya Bhavsar(Advocate) : Mr Bhavsar completed his legal education in U.K. and has pursued his post graduation from Oxford.  He heads our Civil and Corporate team, and deals with issues of Corporate Law, International Commercial Transactions, Projects, Infrastructure, JV and Private Equity, National and Int. Litigation/Arbitration, Commercial Contracts, IPR's and issues of Civil Law in general.   

Mr. Yagnesh D. Raval (Advocate) :  With extensive experience of more than 20 years in Property conveyancing, Title documentation and Land Revenue, Mr. Raval is a senior member of our Property team, and specializes in Local Laws.

Mr. M. I. Hava (Solicitor) :  Senior Solicitor, ex partner of M/s Bhaishankar Kanga and Girdharlal Solicitors, a Firm having 100 years standing in Bombay; and an ex Government Solicitor for the State of Gujarat who has worked extensively in litigation, non-litigation documentation, Arbitration, Foreign Arbitrations, Corporate advisory and regulatory consultations with a wide experience of more than 40 years.   

Mr. Ghanshyam P Bhavsar (Advocate)  : Exclusively deals with Civil Litigation since last 20 years.

Mr. Arpit Kumar(Advocate) : An LLM Graduate from Queen Mary university, UK, Mr. Kumar specializes in corporate and commercial law and is member of our Corporate/Commercial Team.
